Retail Account Officer in VIP Branch in Podgorica
Main duties:
- Developing and maintaining the relationship with VIP clients;
- Target clients portfolio management in order to achieve the business and sales goals that were planned;
- Efficiently selling the products and services of the bank;
- Preparing and processing the loan files;
- Domestic and international non-cash and cash operations for VIP clients;
- Fulfillment of commercial objectives together with personal action plan;
- Other activities this job requires in line with procedures and policies of the Bank.
Ideal candidate should possess:
- Proactive and positive approach to the client;
- A kind and quality welcome and treatment of the client;
- Sales orientationVery good communication skills (both verbal and written);
- Professionalism and reliability;
- Commercial awareness and business acumen;
- Good personal organization and analytic skills;
- Capability for efficient work within short deadlines;
- Excellent knowledge of English language and preferably one more languageComputer knowledge (MS Office);
- Working experience in the bank;
- Insurance license is welcome.
