Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support in the field of Datacom in all technical aspects;
- Network planning and Migration solution;
- Technical team management and part of project management;
- Project implementation, technical supervision and training of subcontracting companies or service partners;
- Prepare, implement and test software upgrades of network elements;
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with a technical support team;
- Track and solve all technical issues customer caring about, provide customer necessary technical support and suggestion, keep good cooperation with customer;
- Provide an emergency support for the network elements;
- Pre-sales support for testing, bidding or holding workshops in the field of Datacomm;
- Support sales management and customers in establishing, developing and closing business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Besides datacomm, with DWDM/Access skill knowledge is preferred;
- University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or relevant;
- At least 5 years technical service experience in Datacom field;
- Good knowledge of following datacom technologies:
- Lan Access: vlan/QinQ/RSTP/MSTP/QinQ
- IPv4/IPv6/ARP
- IP routing: OSPF/ISIS/BGP
- IP Multicast: PIM SM/SSM/IGMP/IGMP snooping
- MPLS LDP/MPLS TE
- VPN:L2VPN/L3VPN
- QoS: traffic policing/MPLS QoS/congestion management/congestion avoidance
- Firewall related technology
- Broadband Network Gateway(BNG)related technology
- Good communication skills and learning capability, ability to cooperate and work with peoples from different cultures in a fast-paced changing environment;
- Strong troubleshooting competence and Maintenance skills;
- Willing to travel within CEE&Nordic Europe region.
