- Dealing with the day to day administrative duties to enable smooth running of the office;
- Preparing correspondence - typing, drafting, checking and/or proofreading;
- Managing and coordinating hotel/travel arrangements and itiniraries;
- Arranging internal/external meetings and preparing material for meetings as needed;
- Taking minutes at meetings ensuring all key points are captured, summarised and effectively presented;
- Liaising across departments on project administration including following on agreed actions in a timely manner;
- Maintaining a comprehensive filing and archiving system to ensure instant retrieval of documents;
- Performing related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills and Experience:
- High School degree minimum;
- Immaculate spoken and written English;
- At least 2 years relevant professional experience;
- Strong administration skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft software essential;
- An understanding of quality customer service;
- Team Player;
- Professional attitude.
