  • Dealing with the day to day administrative duties to enable smooth running of the office;
  • Preparing correspondence - typing, drafting, checking and/or proofreading; 
  • Managing and coordinating hotel/travel arrangements and itiniraries;
  • Arranging internal/external meetings and preparing material for meetings as needed; 
  • Taking minutes at meetings ensuring all key points are captured, summarised and effectively presented;
  • Liaising across departments on project administration including following on agreed actions in a timely manner;
  • Maintaining a comprehensive filing and archiving system to ensure instant retrieval of documents;
  • Performing related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • High School degree minimum;
  • Immaculate spoken and written English;
  • At least 2 years relevant professional experience;
  • Strong administration skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software essential;
  • An understanding of quality customer service;
  • Team Player;
  • Professional attitude.
