The SPA Manager position isresponsible for managing all aspects of the Spa operation at Aman Sveti Stefan.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee standards to ensure guest expectations are consistently exceeded;
- Plans, organize and coordinate the work of all employees in Spa & Fitness Sector;
- Conducts professional training of all employeesin Spa & Fitness Sector;
- Introduce new Spa programs and refine existing treatments;
- Direct contact with the guests participating in raising the level of service;
- Ensuring the necessary equipment and accessories, as well as the appearance of wellness, swimming pools, fitness and beauty center;
- Plan and implement departmental budget;
- Promote the desired work culture around the core values of Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Passion, Authenticity and Responsibility as well as embracing the brand ethos of Aman;
- Work closely with other managers to further differentiate Aman at the pinnacle of the luxury lifestyle, and constantly review and refine every aspect of what an Aman property offers to our guests;
- Implement the company’s Spa concepts as directed;
- Performs other tasks as requested by the General Manager;
- Reports to the General Manager.
This position requires:
- At least 5 years international experience in a 5-star Spa operation with at least 3 years at a management level;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Wide range of experience and working knowledge of industry techniques and practises;
- Highly organized with strong communication skills;
- Proactive and hard working with a high level of energy.
