The Digital Marketing Assistant will work with the Business Development Manager, Marketing Manager and all members of the Marketing team and related departments such as IT. The Digital Marketing Assistant will also liaise closely with key suppliers including CRM and online developers and designers.
Duties and key responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing
- Porto Montenegro digital platforms’ updates and development (website, Porto Montenegro and Visit Montenegro iOS applications, etc.);
- Development and testing of new functionalities in CRM (SalesForce®);
- Mass e-mail and marketing automation;
- SEO, online campaigns and social media marketing execution;
- Regular reporting on digital marketing activities;
- Sales and Marketing development
- Analysis for Business Development initiatives in the Sales and Marketing Department;
- Assessment and improvement of Porto Montenegro’s Sales Funnel, with particular focus on Lead Generation;
- Ad-hoc requests from the supervisor.
A university degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or similar qualification
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1+ years relevant work experience; experience in Digital Marketing is an advantage;
- IT affinity and computer literacy in MS Office®; experience in SalesForce® and Google Analytics and Adwords® is an advantage, but not essential;
- Knowledge in contemporary marketing, communications and promotions principles and practices;
- A detail-oriented, analytical and methodical approach;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Advanced knowledge of English and Montenegrin languages;
- Additional languages are an advantage.
