CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT:
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management;
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage function medium to large size hotels in a supervisory/management capacity;
- Strong banqueting knowledge;
- Pre-opening experience;
- Positive “Can do” attitude with a generous and uplifting team approach;
- Knowledge of food & beverage service, budgeting, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising and accounting;
- Ability to use computer systems incl. MICROS, Microsoft Office, Opera, etc.
- Ability to proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guests;
- Ability to successfully manage a diverse group of bartending/wine talent;
- Fluent English.
