- You will be performing accounting services: input of the outgoing and incoming invoices, bank statements, petty cash, salaries, depreciations, accruals. Analysis of clients and suppliers accounts. Permanent records establishment and maintenance, providing accounts statements to the Headquarter in Spain,
- Analysis of the trial balance reviews to ensure that the Balance Sheet accounts are reconciled on a timely manner;
- Monitoring of intercompany invoicing, payables, receivables and the cash flow with payments and collections,
- Supporting the team with the monthly PPT presentation of the Operation Committee,
- Performing monthly reports: reporting according to Spanish GAAP, reconciliation of the current account between Belgium and the head office in Spain, follow up of the budget, analysis and comment of discrepancies,
- Performing monthly closing process: analysis of clients and supplier’s accounts, preparation of provisions/accruals, depreciation, and salaries.
The Trainee / intern will work in EVERIS office in Brussels, in support of the finance departement. The working environment is vibrant and international. The position involves managing a line of various tasks and relationships at once, often with tight deadlines in mind.
