- Answer tenders on time, ensuring feasibility and profitability of the selected technical solutions. Ensure customer needs are perfectly understood and taken in consideration in the technical answers.
- Ensure Bollore maximise the potential of the existing storage facility, ensuring racking space is maximised to ensure maximum profitability.
- Review existing process for continuous improvement, lead projects and actions to provide Operations with innovative solutions in order to reduce lead time and increase global productivity.
- Develop and maintain Visual Management in all existing warehouses to improve safety, reliability and productivity.
- Excellent time management capabilities to be able to prioritise, coordinate, allocate and manage all projects.
- Provide support for data analysis and report summarisation of overall logistics to be able to assist preparing performance reviews.
- Maintain, update and broadcast correct documentation procedures, internally & externally.
- Knowledge of domestic import/export laws, free zones regulations and custom clearance compliance.
- Liaise with customers & develop good interpersonal relationships with internally & externally.
- Establish and maintains effective working relationships with all colleagues.
