A small newly-opening talent management agency is seeking to recruit Sports Account Manager who will be responsible for signing new clients and establishing long-term relations. The candidate will work closely with the founder of the company to ensure its growth and expansion.
This position requires a persuasive personality and a keen interest in sports marketing. Knowledge of tennis will be considered an advantage but is not a must as long as the applicant is a quick learner.
The candidate will travel extensively to tournaments across Central and Southern Europe.
The role requires perfect knowledge of English as it will be the company’s working language.
Responsibilities:- Establishing relations with athletes and encouraging them to become the company’s clients
- Researching the market to find prospective clients and promising young players
- Creating professional and compelling presentations
- Cooperation with sponsors
- Overseeing cooperation with external service providers, incl. legal consultants.
