You would act as the crucial link between communications and HR making sure that the communications department relays all relevant HR information to global employees. Will assist in supporting and driving global HR actions to build employee engagement.
Salary: (EUR) 1200 Per month
Main Activities:
- Following daily HR projects making sure they're included in the communications plan and scheduling
- Working on complex HR initiatives
- Communicate the initiatives to a global employee base through writing, video, etc.
- Constant and coherent communication on HR initiatives
- Participate and drive external employee branding initiatives notably through the use of social media
