- Ensure timely & accurate database updation,
- Profiling of Leaders & Compliance.
- Responsible for Leadership calling.
- Efficiently capture feedback from leaders.
- Provide support for Website updation - highlight exceptions.
- Act as Quality check & control mechanism for Sales team.
- Updating Leader on New Tools (Features & Benefits) and Upselling the same.
- Self-review & presentation to Management.
Salary: (INR) 25000 Per month
Main Activities:
- Translation from Thai to English and English to Thai(Excellent Written & Oral).
- Responsible for gathering market intelligence & highlight key areas to Management.
- Ensure timely & accurate database updation, Profiling of Leaders & Compliance.
- To maintain and ensure quality standards as per the set parameters.
- Tracking timelines for event related work.
- Ensure timely Grievance/ Query resolving as per set TAT.
- Efficiently capture feedback from leaders.
