- Provide service to the international guests from all around the world, refine the relationships with the foreign guests.
- Improve the experiences of the foreign guests’ traveling and living in China.
- On behalf of the front office and the five-star hotel’s management board.
- And seize the opportunity to improve the ability to give others better treatment and assistance, strengthen individual and cultural identity.

Main Activities:
- Provide satisfactory service to the customer when there is an unexpected situation.
- Handle complain, request and crisis given by the guests on behalf of the management board.
- Collecting and analyzing the feedback from guests, adapting the service if necessary.
- Keep positive although under a great stress. And be patient when faces difficult situations.
- Maintain the good relationship between the hotel and the guests.
- Greet the guests with proper attitude all the time.
- Improve flexibility, motivation skills, communication skills and crisis management skills.
