Role description:
- This opportunity provides scope to lead and co-ordinate guest services and at the same time managing the team of the same, maximising organisational profitability and customer satisfaction in an atmosphere of high employee morale.
Main activities:
- Bridge and maintain communication between guest relations and other departments,
- Coordinate with room service personnel to check if guests have been served with their amenities,
- Ensure high level of liaison is maintained between front office within the hotel,
- Ensure all requisitions are done on time and approvals taken for the same,
- Ensure constant class rooms and on job training for all stewards in procedures.
