Role description:

Main activities:
- Develop, manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans for F&B department,
- Maintains a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations-Daily,
- Establishing targets, Key Performance Indicators, schedules and procedures. 20 Daily,
- Design exceptional menus and make necessary improvements. 10 Weekly,
- Provides the leadership,direction to the departmental goals . Weekly,
- Takes ownership of a guest complaint/problem until relevant person attend,
- Analyzes information and find solution to solve problems. 10 Daily,
- Public Relations and Guest Relations/ Sales Promotions 10 Daily.
