Role description:
ATTENTION:
- You need to have STUDENT SATUS for the whole duration of this internship.
- Gaining work experience at a multinational company, in an international team responsible for whole European sales support activity.
- Complex view of business processes, learning several systems, like SAP.
- Possibility to improve in the following skills: analytical skills, communication skills, service focus, initiative and proactivity, team and cooperation.
- Executing and controlling business processes and procedures,
- Written and oral communication with the foreign colleagues in Europe,
- Ensuring delivery of agreed SLA-s (Service Level Agreement),
- Working in specific programs (SAP, MS Excel, Sony developed systems),
- Taking over new tasks from in-country colleagues,
- Creating regular reports to support the business,
- Track performance using KPI statistics (Key Performance Indicator),
- Co-operation with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance).
- 168,800 HUF Per month
