Role description:
- As the IT / Customer Service Intern at Valor Homes you will be responsible for solving all technical issues the office may encounter, including both software and hardware issues.
- You will gain experience in working with software implementation in a small company and at the same time you will develop customer service skills by being in constant communication with our prospects and clients.
Main activities:
- Solving all technical issues the office may encounter, including both software and hardware,
- Maintain and improve software – Method: CRM,
- Develop technological solutions in order to streamline processes,
- Supply excellent customer service,
- Assist coworkers in different tasks when needed.
