Role description:
- The HR Business Analyst is responsible for compiling and analyzing information related to human resources.
- This role provides reliable data and metrics which provide the organization insight on current trends related to compensation market data, HR Benchmarks, Turnover, Rewards & Recognition, Recruitment, Grievances and EOS.
- This position maintains intricate and detailed databases and is responsible for ensuring that the data is accurate and presented in a clear, concise manner.
Main activities:
- Expert in data aggregation from different sources to execute quantitative analyses,
- To produce actionable insights for the Human Resources team,
- Prepare monthly HR metrics and build/design dashboards, scorecards,
- Investigate possible methods of improving and increasing the automation of the reporting processes,
- Participates, prepares and analyzes compensation surveys,
- Responsible for Benchmarking studies related to HR Policies and Procedures,
- Provide support on Year End overall processes and tools,
- Including Merit, Annual Bonus(MIP) and Competency Assessment,
- Point of contact for Adhoc HR Analysis and Reporting,
- Create HR relationships to understand the business to define, create, automate processes across HR.
