Requirements:
Experience as a waiter or similar position.
Has ability to communicate in English, knowledge of other languages will be considers as an advantage.
Has strong will to work very flexible working hours and has the ability to work under pressure.
Essential job functions:
Provide quality service to all guests;
Report to supervisor any service failure observed;
Assist the Supervisor in inventory;
Order the Food and Beverage items in FBM;
Check all trolleys leaving the service area;
Up sell food/beverages to the guest (starters, side dishes, dessert…..);
Report any food or service complaint;
Support operation with delivery when necessary.
