Role description:
  • G&D develops, produces, and markets products and solutions for payment, secure communication, and identity management.
  • G&D maintains a leading competitive and technological position in these markets.
  • The group’s clients most notably include central banks and commercial banks, wireless communications providers, businesses, governments, and public bodies.
  • Looking for responsible, communicative candidates with well-developed analytical as well documentation skills.
Main activities:
  • Familiar with ticketing system administration so might be able to handle different requests
  • Communicating with multiple stakeholders therefore being flexible and solution oriented
  • Ready to work under pressure and prioritize in order to balance workload
  • Close interaction with customer while handling a support issue.
  • Coordinating the activities between Customer and G&D Managed Services Teams.
  • Sending monthly reports, conducting service review meetings;
  • System troubleshooting in a Unix/Solaris environment, means searching log files,
  • Checking system health, tracing request flow between applications (both G&D and third-party)
  • Drive Change Management process from a customer perspective
  • Actively participating on the planning and deployment during all change processes.
