Role description:

- Assist Nexans ebusiness manager in revamping Nexans internet site (both Group and country sites).
- Support of digital team in the roll-out, implementation and updating of websites, mobile apps and social media activities.
- Support digital teams in more than 35 regions and countries, and provide support for the implementation of global projects, campaigns, and content.
Main activities:
- Contribute to revamping of Nexans internet site both .com and country sites:
- on top of project follow up, be an active contributor to developing new content for the website
- Managing accuracy of content throughout the website.
- Promote existing tools and services internally but also contribute to development of sales kits.
- Contribute to expand Nexans’ range of online tools and services, based on business requirements.
- Content creation strategies for clients’ on the site, as well as on social networks and blog
- Measuring and presenting external data: technology trends, competitor activity, customer feedback...
- Analyzing and benchmarking existing services to improve the customer XP through sales channels
- Web Analytics and reporting
- Support and assistance to countries
