- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position medium to large size hotels in a supervisory/management capacity
- Fluent English language, additional foreign language is considered advantageous
- Strong Opera knowledge and other computer systems incl. MICROS, Microsoft Office etc.
- Great communication skills
- Ability to proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guests
- Positive “Can do” attitude
- Team work & team orientation, good leadership skills
- Hardworking person
- Person with passion for service and passion for creating exceptional guest experience
