Role description:
  • Gain the experience in the international workplace. Improve your IT skills & communication while providing the best services to the customers.
Main activities:
  • Maintain and extend Knowledge database,
  • Recieve user's IT requests and incidents coming by phone, e-mail or IT Self Service,
  • Analyze, evaluate and solve the requests, if necessary forward them to 2nd level,
  • Inform users about solving and fixi g their requests and incidents,
  • Record all contacts in IT Service tool - IBM Maximo,
  • Handle the requests and incidents according to agreed processes and time frames,
  • Cooperate with other teams and departments to solve all requests and incidents,
  • Install and administrate all available systems, SW and HW.
Salary:
  • 25,000 CZK Month
