Role description:
- Will be responsible for conducting projects in the unit with focus on: Development and Strengthening of English within the unit;
- Actions to strengthen BRF culture and Networking Extension Projects (connection to community and stakeholders);
- Contribute to the identification and development of the leadership pipeline and succession of critical positions;
- Absorb local culture for global action.
- Increase maturity level in the market aspect, systemic thinking with global focus and bilingual unity.
Main activities:
- Identify opportunities in the actions of the International Plant project.
- Collaborate to achieve the established goals.
- Contribute to the construction of a bilingual and global culture in the unit.
- Build local development programs to empower the pool of talent within the unit.
- Collaborate with the improvements of people indicators through actions of change management.
