Role description:
- The role is to survey company's processes and implement new models and tools for project communication, management and reporting.
- Additionally the intern will review and track project expenses to improve company profit margins.
Main activities:
- Learn to understand the company's bussines and HR demands.
- Manage company's outsourced services and contracts.
- Provide support for project management and directors.
- Develop and implement guidlines and tools for internal communication.
- Review company's processes and create models to improve efficiency.
- Track project expensise and provide profit/loss reports.
