Main activities:
- Support on facilitating the deployment of the required procedures and tools,
- Support on giving regular administrative support,
- Deploy and enhanced People,
- Development/Engagement and HR processes,
- Focus on using innovative tools and processes to achieve excellence and improved performance.,
- Participate in the implementation of HR processes and standardization such as: training plans, talent management, employee development and engagement.
- Develop people engagement (EES action plan, communication plan, regular presence on the shop floor)
