Multinational energy company engaged in oil & gas activities is looking for the following position for their offices in Podgorica:

Treasury Officer

Main Job Functions
Key activities:
  • To manage all the treasury operations of the Company, by controlling the existence of the necessary payment authorizations and by monitoring bank accounts and transactions.
  • To control, supervise and follow up all aspects related to treasury, insurance and tax payments and settlements.
  • To receive and supply all accounting data to prepare official accounting documents of the Company.
Key Responsibility Areas:
  • To revise/process all the invoices for payment, arithmetically reviewing the calculation and ensuring the existence and the keeping of the proper approvals and of the supporting documentation.
  • To revise/issue payment orders for local and foreign suppliers or contractors, in local and foreign currency, and to post the payment vouchers.
  • To assist and advise the company management by monthly & yearly reports and analysis.
  • To reconcile all bank accounts local & foreign in different currencies.
  • To validate reporting figures concerning financial position and cash flow analysis.
  • To perform periodical control and reconciliation of account balances with the bank’s statement of accounts.
  • To perform the cash flow planning and prepare periodical cash flow forecasts.
  • To reconcile all bank accounts local & foreign in different currencies.
  • To prepare cash flow forecast to be communicated to the company.
  • To maintain daily cash report bank balances for all currencies and update report.
  • To prepare four months rolling cash forecast.
  • To ensure the petty cash management, following the internal procedure, and to control the daily closing of the petty cash (if any).Any other Duties as assigned by FM.

Qualifications:
  • Strong academicals background;
  • 3/5 years of experience in Finance;
  • Excellent oral and written English;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Accredited University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar (Master's equivalent preferable);
Expected start date: begging of July 2017
