Role description:
Main activities:
- deal with daily purchasing related matters (inquiry, order, delivery, etc.);
- make the Department document management system;
- handle daily financial reconciliation;
- develop supplier management process and conduct supplier audits;
- new supplier development, import and audit, collect relevant documents (domestic and foreign);
- implementation of the warehouse management process;
- other tasks assigned by supervisor and report in time.
