Finance Manager
Work place: Budva 

Job description:
  • Invoice management;
  • Controlling, supervising and assisting company’s partners providing accounting, payroll and tax services;
  • Preparation, execution and control of the budget;
  • Cash flow management and forecasting;
  • Preparing timely and accurate managerial reports;
  • Ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures and policies;
  • Overseeing all local tax and regulatory compliance issues;
  • Controlling and monitoring preparation/submission of financial statements (to be prepared by external providers) and the process of its auditing (if required);
  • Close cooperation with the external accounting on various issues;
  • Overseeing the preparation and submission of VAT returns.
Job requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance / economics or in financial / managerial accounting or similar;
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience;
  • Strong familiarity with MS Office: Strong Excel skills (to include familiarity with pivot tables, lookups, filters and logical formulas), Word, PowerPoint;
  • Financial planning and reporting skills;
  • Obligatory language skills: English (proficient);
  • Knowledge of IFRS is a plus;
  • Excellent cash flow management skills;
    Ability to plan and forecasts;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large amount of numbers and dates;
  • Good negotiation skills.
