  • Recruit and coaching of customer care agents will excel your professional growth.
Main activities:
  • Leading the customer service team;
  • Improving customer service standards;
  • Develop customer service policies;
  • Coaching and mentoring agents;
  • Efficient use of resources adhering to budget;
  • Prioritizing work for maximum.
Salary:
  •  60000 LKR per month
