Role description:
- Gain the experience in the international workplace. Improve your IT skills & communication while providing the best services to the customers.
Main activities:
- Maintain and extend Knowledge database;
- Receive user's IT requests and incidents coming by phone, e-mail or IT Self Service;
- Analyze, evaluate and solve the requests, if necessary forward them to 2nd level;
- Inform users about solving and fixi g their requests and incidents;
- Record all contacts in IT Service tool - IBM Maximo;
- Handle the requests and incidents according to agreed processes and time frames;
- Cooperate with other teams and departments to solve all requests and incidents;
- Install and administrate all available systems, SW and HW.
