Role description:
- Within this role you will support the VP of HR Global Programs & Performance within wide range of tasks, being actively involved in various HR projects and activities on global level (Employee Opinion Survey, HR Satisfaction Surveys, Employee Engagement related activities, HR Performance Management, etc.).
Main activities:
- Support coordination and administrative preparation of Employee Opinion Survey and HR Quality Survey,
- Coordinate monthly HR Scorecard preparation (data analysis and manage data quality measures),
- Prepare presentations amd layouts for top management meetings.
