Role description:
- Identify, manage and solve customer needs corresponding to: order fulfillment and physical distribution
- Review and improvement of work processes in warehouse (input and output) Supervision of the transportation planning process and backorders.
Main activities:
- Support and identify plans for improvement and efficiency in Physical Distribution flows;
- Provide support and identify improvement and efficiency plans in Chile's Customer Service flows.
