Role description:
- The definition of this position is to support Sourcing operations in China.
- The Sourcing Trainee will deal with variety of people including SQA, R&D, tooling, technical and manufacturing.
- Furthermore, the trainee will also be involved in Project Management for supplier improvement.
- Broad view, practice and management experiences are some of the things the trainee will gain during this opportunity.
Main activities:
- Ops review report compilation & update.
- Coordinate with team on data management & improvements.
- Project Management on Supplier Performance improvements (Q/C/D).
- Meeting minutes updation & followup with concern team members.
- Verification of improvements at suppliers end.
- Event Management support – Webinar, Supplier Day.
