Role description:
- The intern will be in charge to work as a Service Desk Analyst and resolve the IT related issues faced by the end users of the respective application, reported via phone, email and web.

Main activities:
- Inbound calls;
- Maintaining average handling time without affecting call quality;
- Logging all calls in the system;
- Routing the tickets to level 2, server and application team where ever required;
- Following the predefined procedure.
