Role description:
- You will provide commercial support, interfacing with customers, logistics, manufacturing, sales or service representative to handle a variety of pre- or post-sales service functions.
- Provide assistance to sales functions across EMEA and external customers in product/service order fulfilment processes, customer service requests such as and-to-end order status management, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, contract issues, administration.
Main activities:
- Resolves problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics.
- Drive customer loyalty through productivity, value and high performance culture.
- Lead all aspects of the Support team
- Drive effective control of support costs
- Able to provide both in country and cross border support as needed
- Be the point of reference for customers for all types of commercial requests
- Advocate for the customer inside of Eaton. Eaton advocate with the customer
- Manage the export business where needed
