We are looking for a junior associate to work with a management consulting and business process improvement team. The candidate would be responsible to work with a variety of management consulting related client engagements, specially process improvement and business advisory practice.
The associate needs to have the ability to analyze financial and non-financial business data, with excellent English and presentation/reporting skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform industry and client specific research and propose solutions to address client concerns/engagement objectives.
Prepare presentations and client proposals with supporting business cases and reports as might be necessary during various phases of engagement.
Gather requirements and prioritize the business requirements based upon business and user needs.
Analyze business processed to determine the waste in an existing process and re-structure the same in an efficient and effective manner.
Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of ideas from leadership, process owners and customers.
Create process maps, gap analysis, and root cause analysis.
Perform business process or financial analysis and develop business cases.
Develop and present solutions and recommendations for any business processes.
Develop reports of activities including accomplishments, participation, projected activities, and anticipated needs.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in consulting or advisory related industry
Proficient with MS Office and MS Visio
Excellent data analytics and computer skills
Strong analytical and process design skills
Strong problem solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills (English language)
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Travel might be required.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Management or other related field.
