Role description
The interns will be working closely with the Marketing team towards defined goals:
- Creating sales campaigns; brochures.
- Website content re-writes.
- Creating Newsletters; case studies; templates.
- Handling customer queries/problems and providing solutions to customer satisfaction within an optimal time frame.
- Picking up customer calls and emails.
- Logging all activities against the customer account/cases.
Main activities
- Business Communication - Both Working & Verbal. 2) Extensive Use of CRM Software / knowledge of sales Cycle.
- Negotiation skills.
- Time and organizational management.
- Work in different culture.
- Documenting problem and resolution using Knowledge base Articles for quick.
- To help build a close relationship with the managerial / technical contacts for above companies
- To explore & shortlist potential corporate candidates for business partnerships in markets
SALARY: 20000 INR per month
