Role description:
Being the country manager for one of our webshops, means that you will be part of the Internationalization Team, with the mission to create profitable international businesses by rolling out eOptika’s proven business models, testing and adapting them to the local market, and driving growth to achieve profitability.
Main activities:
- Manage the webshop for the country you represent;
- Develop a marketing plan, test channels and optimize the marketing mix;
- Provide customer support (as good startup founders do) and fix service issues;
- Optimize the value proposition of our business for your country;
- Understand how to “wow” the customers and drive more sales;
- Own country P/L (profit and loss statement) and drive revenues to break even;
- Take part in the general projects of the Internationalization Team;
- Pricing/repricing strategies, redesigning shipping solutions to developing new partnerships.
