Marketing Executive
Location: Podgorica
 
Job Description:
  • Develops and implements marketing strategy (corporate and brand marketing strategy) for the Company in line with the Company's objectives and in accordance with the business plan;
  • Designs, proposes and co-ordinates marketing campaigns (including digital marketing) with sales department;
  • Manages the corporate image and identity of the Company in line with local and Group requirements;
  • Develops and manages the company’s marketing budget;
  • Monitors and reports on effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications including analysis of sales to ensure the Company’s marketing strategy is competing effectively;
  • Monitors and evaluates the competition marketing activities;
  • Oversees publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans;
  • Maintains effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives;
  • Monitors the implementation of marketing contracts and evaluates the performance of contractors;
  • Being head of the Marketing function is responsible for managing subordinates, reviewing and assessing their performance, supporting their professional development and enabling them to optimize their contribution to the department;
  • Provides all necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Ensures that all relevant processes and procedures are followed;
  • Performs all other tasks as may be required by their superior/superiors.
Requirements:
  • A university degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 5 years of professional experience in senior marketing roles;
  • Good command of English language;
  • Good command of Excel, Word, and Power Point;
  • Good knowledge of social media networks, and web-pages maintenance;
  • Driving license – B category.
