“Dukley Marina” doo Budva is located in the heart of the Budva Riviera’s namesake resort community. One of the Adriatic’s most handsome nautical destinations, the marina is set against the backdrop of the historic old town.
 
We are looking for position:

MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR & CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT


REPORTS TO: Operation Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

Assisting marketing and sales operation of the Marina through activities that subsequently expand potential client’s database and increase conversion of leads to bookings. Active Customer Service support to clients and assistance to the Front Desk.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Co-Ordination of Marketing Communication strategy, with focus on online advertisement and direct communication with clients. Liaise with sales team and organizing promotions, campaigns.
  • Manage clients database, communication and follow up on sales leads. Provide reports based on internet screening of marina market with competitor information on prices, services and news.
  • Ensure that marina promotional material, including the website is updated, well organized and reflects the Company’s brand identity. Providing marketing analysis and reports including Google analytics, with the cross effect on leads, bookings and sales. Active support to the Front Desk will include:
    • Operating on Marina Master Software. Taking reservations. Answering telephone and inquiries
    • Taking payments and creating invoices. Handling complaints. Assisting in day to day FD operations
  • Active Customer Service support will include:
    • Acting as a point of reference for clients who need assistance or information.
    • Liaising with our service providers and suppliers ensuring service delivery to our clients.
    • Managing Customer Satisfaction Feedback reports.
    • Adhering to high Dukley Marina customer service standards.
    • Fundamental understanding of ‘Consummate Host’ meaning.
REQUIREMENTS:

Skills:
  • Demonstrate strong commitment and reliability

  • Attention to detail, analytical ability
Experience:
  • 3 years of experience in Marketing department, preferably in Customer Service based business environment.
Education / Qualifications:
  • University degree in Marketing or Hospitality field.
  • Fluent in English, written and oral. Italian or Russian is an advantage.
  • Proficient computer literacy.
  • Advanced use of Excel, Word and any picture editing software.
  • Preferable experience with Mailchimp platform.
  • Advanced Internet surfing.
