International Bridge, Inc. is an international, Utah based company, that specializes in shipping small parcels from the e-commerce providers, both domestically and internationally.
International Bridge d.o.o. Podgorica, is company’s IT office in Montenegro, which has so far expanded to cover also Customer Service, Quality Control and Operations departments.
We are currently looking to fill in a support/intern role in Quality Control and Operations support in our office in Podgorica.
Operations and Quality Control Support responsibilities:- Monitors shipments movement
- Monitors and analyzes agents' and warehouses’ performance
- Analyzes statistics and reports
- Creates charts and summaries
- Daily communicates with the team and shares observations
- Attends meetings to present feedback and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor degree
- Computer skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in using MS Office.
