We open our Marina this year and so we are looking for our Administration Coordinator to join the Marina Team. Responsible for providing a full administrative support service to Marina Operations and our guests arriving into the Marina, this role:
Arranges all technical support required within the Marina itself and by visiting yachts
Owns the processing and tracking of invoices, payment requests and services
Supports Marina guests with queries and issues to ensure their stay in Lustica Bay is memorable.
As the successful candidate, you will have a minimum of:
3 years administration and coordination experience
Have worked in a customer focused environment
Be fluent in Montenegrin and English, both written and verbal
Use of Microsoft Office Products.
Ideally, having worked in the yachting sector before, you will be efficient and put the customer at the center of your focus.
