We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager in F&B department to join our PMYC Pool team for the season and take the full responsibility for providing superb service, using its own knowledge and experience to add value to our clients. The role is primarily concerned with on the job training and mentoring of all front line wait staff and ensuring a five star service standard is being carried out.

Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to: 
  • Training all waiters and assistant waiters in food and beverage service standards, ensuring a high standard of personalized service is executed by all front line members;
  • Training and developing upselling procedures;
  • Continuous training on food and beverage specifications;
  • Overseeing kitchen upholds their quality standards;
  • Ensuring grooming of staff is in line with company policy;
  • Ensuring efficient service;
  • Assisting in daily team briefings;
  • Coordinating with supervisors and reception regarding flow of people and allocations;
  • Guest feedback handling;
  • Using employee motivational tools in maintaining a good team synergy and their performance.
Requirements:
  • University degree (Hospitality education preferred);
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in 5 star service role;
  • Fluency in English language;
  • Supervision experience in a similar or related field;
  • Experience in dealing with clients or the general public;
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
