Asset & Facilities Manager
Lustica Development is looking for an experienced professional to join our Facilities Management team as the Asset & Facilities Manager. You will be responsible for:
- All aspects of the planning and scheduling of all maintenance services
- Scoping of additional services, building and presenting costed proposals to senior management
- Managing and monitoring all aspects of asset reporting and systems update
- Overseeing the daily management of the warehouse, all property transportation issues including shipping requirements
- Planning and managing the delivery of al Health & Safety policies, SOPs and Plans
- Drafting & implementing all Asset & Facilities Management SOPs.
In order to succeed in role, you will need to be an experienced Asset & Facilities Management professional, potentially a Chief Engineer in a large hotel, but certainly with good customer relationship skills and:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience of facilities management, including managing of projects and budgets, of developing and delivering plans
- Have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or 10 years’ experience in facilities management
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of managing contractor resource and managing staff
- Be fluent in English and Montenegrin, bother verbally and in writing.
