The Montenegrin subsidiary of the German investor, is looking for professional support for the processing of our target markets in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The core business of our customer is the execution of complex construction projects in the focus of energy efficiency. The integration of the engineering planning and implementation in the technical building equipment enables us to develop solutions that are only possible through a multidisciplinary and broad-based organization. The business areas are in heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, automation and electrical plant construction. The clients are mainly in the industry and large public sector clients. Essentially, they process projects in the range of EUR 5 - 80 million euro.

Autonomous search and recruitment of new employees
You identify all important market partners in our business areas
You are building our location and become part of our success
You present our vision to the applicants and convince with our concept
Weekly coordination of recruitment goals and HR strategy with the management
Your profile
Several years of professional experience in HR as recruiter (m / w)
You have experience in our business fields
Good labor law knowledge
You are motivated to constantly develop your recruiting skills
You have a convincing personality and assertiveness
You have a positive attitude and have a strong self-motivation

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen als Recruiter (m/w)
Sie haben Erfahrung in unseren Geschäftsfeldern
Gute arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse
Sie sind motiviert, Ihre Rekrutierungsfähigkeiten ständig weiterzuentwickeln
