Commercial Sales Representative

Location: Podgorica
 
Job Description:
  • Responsible for Wholesale and Fleet Sales
  • Visits customers and potential customers on a regular basis to present the products and services of the Company and to establish and maintain professional contact
  • Tries to keep customers satisfied with the Company, and immediately alerts the management of any potential issues
  • Responsible for presentation and training of the customers regarding the products and services of the Company
  • Proposes commercial terms (discount, credit, payment terms) on new and old customers’ contracts
  • Prepares an analysis and evaluation of the benefits and risks of commercial contracts (CCP – Customer Collaboration Proposal)
  • Monitors the credit limit of Customers
  • Prepares sales offers to Customers
  • Prepares sales contracts, and monitors their implementation. Registers the sales conditions as per contract into the Company’s IT/accounting system (SAP)
  • Sets Targets for Wholesale Customers according to the Company’s Business Plan
  • Monitors and reports on the performance of wholesale customers
  • Monitors customers’ volumes on a regular basis, and takes action in order to maintain and improve them
  • Explores the Wholesale sector in order to identify opportunities for new customers
  • Provides all necessary sales and credit reports in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensures that all relevant processes and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering
  • 10 years of professional experience in sales
  • Good command of English language
  • Good command of Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Driving license – B category.
