(temporary role)

 
Job Description:
  • Performing receptionist duties, welcoming guests and answering calls;
  • Administration of documentation and email flow, post management;
  • Correspondence with other departments and external parties;
  • Providing administrative assistance and enabling accurate and timely information flow;
  • HR and other database administration, entering data, processing and following up, preparing reports, formatting and translating documents;
  • Assistance in organising promotional, training and other events;
  • Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases, etc.;
  • Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the finance manager;
  • Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets;
  • Other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English;
  • PC literacy;
  • Excellent knowledge of business correspondence;
  • Proactivness, flexibility, responsiveness, politeness;
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
