HR Partners Group is looking for an organized person who possesses leadership skills and sales experience in hotel business and wants to work in a stable company. Director of Operations
Location: Podgorica
 
Job description:
  • Ensure that decision-making considerations adequately weigh profitability, customer service and environment
  • Responsible for team leadership and results at each hotel property
  • Provides communication synergy between the corporate office and the hotels
  • Continuing communication with the General Managers and corporate support staff to ensure that priorities for management of revenue, marketing, cost controls, team leadership, safety, policy compliance, team development, guest service quality, reservations efficiencies and other operational facets are daily
  • Ensure that all hotels in the region are in compliance with applicable Brand standards
  • Manage priorities while multi-tasking
  • Monitor changing competitive conditions
  • Budgeting, forecasting, planning, sales development, contract negotiating
  • Identify and help develop future leadership
  • Develop and implement well defined strategies
Minimum job requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of diverse hotel management experience
  • College degree in Business Administration, Tourism or equivalent
  • Fluent in English, as well local languages (Croatian, Serbian, Montenegrin)
  • A proven track record of budgetary and fiscal management
  • Knowledge in AAA Standards and hotel operations
  • Experience of selling for multiple territories of the Balkan region
