HR Partners Group is looking for organized person with excellent managerial and communication skills who wants to work in a stable company. The company in question is a renowned leader in the world of hospitality and manages a series of world-class tourist facilities with a fast growing, industry leading team. The open position is:

Corporate F&B Manager
Location: Montenegro
 
Job description:
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
  • Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvement
Minimum job requirements:
  • High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English, as well local languages (Croatian, Serbian, Montenegrin)
  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
