Corporate HR Manager
Location: Crna Gora
Job description:
- Proposing and implementing the approved HR policy of hotel;
- Oversee the organization's recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes;
- Coordination of all matters of employee work permits and visas;
- Coordinate and oversee all matters related to staff accommodation, facilities etc.;
- Preparing documents for establishing and terminating employment;
- Preparing organization, job classification and job descriptions;
- Plan and coordinate the organization's workforce to best use employee talents;
- Defining criteria and procedures in field of human resources;
- Preparing and training realization in the hotel;
- Providing necessary training and implementation of health and safety measures;
- Issuing all types of Decisions;
- Implementation of corporate policies and procedures on compensation, incentive, bonus and benefits.
Minimum job requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required;
- Fluent in English, as well local languages (Croatian, Serbian, Montenegrin);
- International experience in hotel industry is an advantage.
